Neura Ingredients: Formula & Evidence Overview

The current Neura presentation highlights Lion’s Mane, Bacopa monnieri, Goji/Wolfberry and Shilajit. We do not publish exact ingredient amounts because a verified current Supplement Facts panel was not supplied.

Quick answer: The current Neura presentation highlights Lion’s Mane, Bacopa monnieri, Goji/Wolfberry and Shilajit. We do not publish exact ingredient amounts because a verified current Supplement Facts panel was not supplied.

The highlighted formula

The current product artwork positions Neura as a 60-capsule dietary supplement for memory and clarity support. Without an authentic Supplement Facts panel, it would be irresponsible to invent serving size, milligram amounts, extract ratios or “other ingredients.”

Lion’s Mane

Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) is an edible mushroom studied for possible effects on cognition and mood. A 2025 placebo-controlled study in healthy younger adults found no significant overall improvement in composite cognition after an acute dose, although one individual task improved. A smaller 2023 pilot reported limited signals and emphasized the need for larger studies.

Bacopa monnieri

Bacopa has a deeper human evidence base than several other botanical nootropics. A systematic review of randomized controlled trials reported some evidence for memory free recall, while a meta-analysis found signals in attention-related measures. Extract, dose and treatment duration varied.

Goji / Wolfberry

Goji (Lycium barbarum) contains polysaccharides, carotenoids and other bioactive compounds. Small human studies have reported changes in subjective well-being and some cognitive-related ratings, but they involved specific goji preparations rather than Neura.

Shilajit

Shilajit is a natural phytocomplex containing humic substances including fulvic-acid-related compounds. A widely cited review discusses potential procognitive mechanisms while explicitly calling for more basic and clinical research.

Why the missing Supplement Facts panel matters

Ingredient identity is only part of a supplement evaluation. Exact quantity, extract standardization, serving size and other ingredients can materially change how a formula should be interpreted. Until a verified current label is available, this site will leave those fields blank rather than guess.
